Gift vouchers

The code stated on the voucher must be entered when creating an order in the "Discount Coupon" section.

The value of the voucher is indicated on each voucher as the amount including VAT.

If the total amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer will only pay the remaining amount.

If the total amount is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining value will be forfeited without compensation (the voucher can only be used in one order).

Unless otherwise stated, the gift voucher can only be used to purchase goods, and does not apply to postage, delivery, cash on delivery, promotions, discounts, and other fees.

Only one voucher can be used per order.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

In the event of returning goods paid for with a gift voucher, the amount of this goods will be refunded through a new voucher in the value of the returned goods.
