This unique combination of prebiotics and probiotics is designed to support the natural microbial repopulation of the intestines. It contains live yeast, proven to enhance equine gut health.

The prebiotic components are fructo-oligosaccharides that encourage the growth of beneficial microorganisms in a natural, sustainable way in the digestive tract, allowing good bacteria to multiply and outcompete harmful ones. Additionally, fructo-oligosaccharides are non-digestible enzymes, allowing them to safely reach the hindgut.

The probiotic components are encapsulated live yeast cultures. These are resistant to bile action, enabling them to pass unharmed through the stomach to the large intestine, where they work in synergy with the prebiotics to promote healthy, natural, and normal digestive functions.

Biotics is an ideal formula for hardworking competition and performance horses, horses recovering from antibiotic therapy, and young foals prone to diarrhea, all of whom may be susceptible to microbial imbalances and, subsequently, digestive issues.

Composition: Dried whey, elecampane, brewer’s yeast, fructo-oligosaccharides (6%), rapeseed oil, sodium chloride.

• Amino acids: L-Glutamine (3c451, produced by Corynebacterium glutamicum NITE BP02524) 20,000 mg
• Digestibility enhancer: Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-4407 (4b1702) 4.0 x 10¹¹ CFU

Analytical constituents: Crude protein 16.8%, crude oils and fats 3.4%, crude ash 7.4%, crude fiber 0.9%, sodium 0.5%

Feeding instructions: Administer Biotics as a short course when signs of digestive imbalance appear or after antibiotic treatment. It may also be given preventively if needed.
